如果是离线标注的话只是把标注的信息存在你自己手机里，如果是已经登陆账号的话检查下是不是同一个账号，标注只会存在你的账号信息里，手机可能存在不兼容等问题，仅供参考

用photoshop就可以做啊,反正是万能的.如果要用专业点的软件就用arcgis,arcview之类的,直接添加label在地图上,标注地名就可以,不过都比较大,1g左右,还需要揭秘,蛮麻烦.
